Ruby Streaks Mustard
Ruby Streaks Mustard is a super fast growing cooler season plant with beautiful thin dissected leaves. A delicious lightly spiced mustard flavour, some people can also taste a sharp lemony flavour with a hot peppery after taste. Throw leaves into salads or add to sandwiches for colour, texture and flavour. The cooler weather deepens the colour of the plant. A terrific green to grow in the garden.
Growing Info
A hardy fast growing annual. Plant seedlings out in spring and autumn spaced 20cm apart. Full sun to part shade and moist soil. Cut leaves and stems at any stage as needed. Can grow up to 60cm.
