Our Living Herbs Micro Salad Green Pots are delivered directly to your kitchen in trays, filled with a selection of vibrant greens. You can enjoy Green and Purple Mizuna, Red and Green Tatsoi, Ruby and Lime Streaks Mustards, Green and Red Veined Sorrel, Plantain, Red Dandelion, Radicchio, Witloff Greens, Purslane, Lemon Balm, Red Amaranthus, Watercress, Upland Cress, Dill, Coriander, Chervil, Sweet Basil, Garland Chrysanthemum with round and serrated leaves, and Red and Green Perilla/Shiso. We also offer a variety of Kale in blue, red, pink, and black varieties.
Each week, we handpick the very best varieties for our Seasonal Rainbow Greens trays. Alternatively, if your menu requires specific preferences, we offer the option to set up a standing order that meets your unique needs. Our produce is delivered directly from our farm to your kitchen in our dedicated Basilea Van, ensuring maximum freshness and minimal handling.
