Winter Tarragon
Winter tarragon has a delightful lolly-like anise fragrance and taste. Tarragon is widely used in savory dishes paired with chicken, fish and egg. Can also be used in sweet dishes. The plant produces a brilliant show of golden yellow bee attracting flowers around mid autumn to winter. A very useful plant to have in the garden.
