ABOUT US

Hello!

I'm Sarah Health, second generation grower,  Culinary Herb Educator and Owner of Basilea Farm where I grow fresh gourmet herbs, greens and edible flower seedlings in Burpengary Queensland, just 50mins north of Brisbane.

Local foodies and growers can select from over 80 common and hard-to-find varieties of pesticide-free, sun-hardy living herbs, salad, spinach and mustard greens and edible flower plants grown specifically for the SEQ subtropics.

You can find our Basilea Living Herbs in all good independent fruit and veg shops around Brisbane and Moreton Bay or visit us on a Farm Open Day.

We also supply luscious packs of colourful organic edible flowers for topping cakes and garnishing salads.

At Basilea Farm we follow organic principles and sustainable practices to grow the freshest edible plants and only supply locally to keep food miles low. Our plants are big enough to pick now, and then tomorrow you can plant them in your garden.

We want to share the love of growing. Feed your curiosity, cultivate your love of growing and meet like-minded people at a Basilea Workshops and community working-bee days.
