Anise Hyssop
A medicinal and culinary herb, the upright Anise Hyssop plants have fragrant green leaves and gorgeous large spikes of attractive purple flowers that bees love! The leaves have delicious sweet aniseed flavour that is wonderful added to either fresh or cooked foods. Lovely in teas, add to desserts or savoury dishes.
