Renowned to give an overall calming action to the body and helps concentration. You can add fresh chopped Brahmi to hot water to brew a tea. To reduce bitterness, you could add some rosemary and lemon balm. Add this attractive creeping perennial with lush, succulent foliage and tiny white flowers to your garden. Planting Info
Prefers part to full sun, will grow in a wide range of soils. Must have sufficient water, it will grow in rocks, sand and mud, it likes to stay damp. A low growing, spreading plant similar to that of Pennyroyal. Grows to about 6 inches high and sprawls.
