Tatsoi
Tatsoi is a very versatile Asian green. A member of the mustard family, it’s also known as spinach mustard, spoon mustard or rosette bok choy. It has small glossy spoon shaped dark green leaves and has a subtle flavour, said to taste similar to spinach - sweet, tangy, mustardy, and earthy. Tatsoi can be grown all year round, forming a thick rosette, outer leaves continuously picked for use in raw salad mixes or cooked in stir-frys, soups or steamed.
