Komatsuna is an Asian mustard green widely used in Japanese food. Very versatile, leaves can be prepared like spinach used in stir-fry’s, boiled or steamed and added to soups or small leaves used fresh in salads. A slight mustard taste, the taste grows stronger as the leaves mature. Komatsuna leaves are rich in Calcium, Vitamins A and C.  Annual / 40cm / full sun, part shade / moderate water and fertiliser.
