Chervil (French Parsley)

$7.00Price

Chervil is a delicate herb best grown in winter.  Related to parsley, it's often called 'French Parsley' as it's most popular in French cooking, used to flavour sauces. It is also added to salad and vegetable dressings, egg, chicken and fish dishes.  The prominent taste of 'Bearnaise' sauce is because of the presence of Chervil.  The herb has been said to be an essential for a healthy immune system, aid digestion and the absorption of vitamin C.
